Revision Policy

Understand how StudyDoll reviews revision requests involving original instructions, scope, formatting, citations, and clarification.

This page is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by a qualified professional where legal accuracy is required.

What a revision is

A revision is a request to adjust material that was delivered within an agreed scope. It may involve clarification, formatting correction, citation adjustment, editing consistency, or alignment with instructions that were provided before work began.

What revisions cover

Revisions may cover minor clarity issues, formatting adjustments, citation corrections, grammar edits, or missed details from the original instructions. They do not automatically cover new requirements, a new topic, extra research, or a different assignment direction.

Original instructions matter

The original files, rubric, messages, and agreed scope guide the revision review. If instructions were missing or changed after delivery, the request may require a new quote or additional support.

Timing and turnaround

Customers should request revisions promptly and explain the issue clearly. Turnaround depends on complexity, specialist availability, and whether the request is minor or requires deeper review.

Limits and disputes

StudyDoll does not promise unlimited revisions unless a specific order agreement says otherwise. If there is a disagreement, provide the order reference, original instructions, delivered material, and a clear explanation of the concern.
